The owner Kelly is far and above with customer service, I'm sure she took a loss on Long stemmed roses, due to the fact that she only charged me what the website price was. Being a daughter of a veteran, and a brother who's a vet, she really takes care of military!!

We were going to do our own arrangements for our wedding, but far too late realized that we were in over our heads. A month or two prior to the wedding, B Floral agreed to do our bouquets and boutonnieres and had them done with time to spare! They were just what we wanted..false pine and pinecones with lots of beautiful, snowy, sparkly accents. That was 2016, and we still use them as decorations all year round.

Due to an unexpected change in hours for the business I was sending flowers to, my delivery was not able to go as planned. Kelly was absolutely amazing in her solution to get them there, on her own time, the next day. Truly above and beyond customer service!

I also experienced excellent customer service from Floral Designs this past week. My intended surprise delivery didn't happen (no fault of Floral Design) and Kelly was able to explain what happened and then made the actual delivery "extra special". The flowers were beautiful and the customer experience even better. Thank you!

I recently bought flowers to send to my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day. There was a little mix up about the delivery date and since I live in Alaska, thought there wasn’t much I could do. I called them up and Kelly was more than happy to straighten everything out. This place has true customer service which is rare to find nowadays. Thanks for standing by your service and helping me out!!

Being from out of state, they were very helpful in getting my flowers ready and knowing who to contact for delivery for funeral. She is also going to text me a picture when they are done.. Great customer service

To honor the one year anniversary of my late husband's passing, I ordered flowers, on line, to place in my church's sanctuary. I ordered 1 week in advace and choose a specific fall arrangement that was pictured on their website. I arranged Saturday delivery so they would be fresh. Upon delivery, the 2 orange roses were dead and the rest of the arrangement was NOTHING like the picture. It was predominantly white with 2 yellow daisies. I was devastated but could do nothing to rectify the situation. It was definitely not what I ordered and I will never use them again.
