I went here to cash in my fantasy 5 lottery. I use the Michigan lottery coupons. I purchased more fantasy 5 on 06/24/2024. The cashier was rude and refused to use the coupons for fantasy 5. Theresa told me Fantasy 5 is not "lottery it is lotto". She forced me to purchase scratch off tickets to use the coupons. I have used Michigan lottery coupons everywhere and used them for fantasy 5 tickets. Theresa is ghetto but I didn't expect this. Lottery and lotto are the same. I literally tried to explain that but Thresea got aggressive. Pathetic that she claims it's a lottery rule. Any other gas stations, stores use the coupons for any lottery even powerball. Stop allowing your associate to make up her own rules. Also, her family in a red car were in the parking lot. Can't you find better employees that treat people as human beings?i really don't expect a lot as I know people in these positions are making peanuts. It's crazy your store allows this Thresea to make her own rules about Michigan lottery coupons.

Employees are always high or intoxicated on the clock, one of the managers always drinks alcohol on the clock. Their cappuccino machine always has ants in the cappuccino machine or around the cappichino machine. Have seen employees smoking weed from a weed pen right in front of the store in front of other customers.

I was triple charged for a purchase due to faulty card reader equipment. The company won't give me back the money. Litigation is pending through the attorney general consumer protection division. I won't do business here anymore and I plan to hound them incessantly until I get satisfaction.

I was triple charged for a purchase and they won't give my money back. The place is a dump and their equipment is poorly maintained. A card reader malfunction caused the overcharge. I had to file a consumer complaimt with the attorney general's office. Litigation is pending. These folks shouldn't be in business.

Every single time that I go here I have to wait at least 10 minutes with nobody in line or anything before I can even pay to leave. If it isn't the register it's a new employee, if it isn't that it's that I have to wait for the manager to come back with her keys so I can swap my propane tank because the MANAGER was dropping a friend off down the street and that took 15 minutes (she no longer works there, thankfully.)The time before that it was because she was making the coffee and behind that morning (same manager that is no longer there)and today there's two employees of which NEITHER has been able to operate either register and I've been waiting for 15 minutes and I'm the only one here. However it's likely the owners responsibility here and old equipment, not the employees. I think this is the worst gas station I have ever been to in the state of Michigan.

I would give this business a 0 if i could. Tried to get a corporate number or email. Of course that isn't possible. Shady company.

Pertaining to the one star rating; the store clerk was outside smoking and in the phone during my visit to this location. I waited inside for 12 minutes before the employee came to the check out counter and completed my transaction for simply 2 black and mild cigar packs. No apology nor an attempt at it. I understand it was late at night but because of that, I'd rather hit Johnny's and their frustrations because they rarely carry my cigars rather than Admiral, who does simply because of this experience. Thank you for reaching out and look forward to hearing from you. (I will try your store again one more time and let you know of my experience. Thank you for the prompt response)
