“Dr. Ramsey and his team did a wonderful job getting my cat Princess's feline herpes virus FHV cleared up. Got her on the right regimen and dosages. I made sure I followed all the medication instructions, and she was cleared up within 2 weeks. I'm super happy my baby didn't lose her eyesight. The staff was all very nice and seemed to genuinely care about Princess Purrtima's wellbeing. (In the pictures, the cloudy eye is before on Jan 30th, 2024, and the one where her eyes are clear was taken on the day of the appt on Feb 13th in the office. )”

“I have been a client of Dewitt Veterinary Hospital for (close to, if not) 5 years. In these 5 years we have not had very many emergencies so majority of our visits often consists of check-up’s/wellness exams or spay/neuter. During these visits every single staff member we have ever had has always been the most kindest, patient and loving people, towards my pets and myself and from my observations everyone else I’ve ever been in the lobby with. They have always been thorough and provide the upmost respectful care to my 4 dogs and 2 indoor/outdoor cats that find themselves getting into mischief.
In emergency situations there follow up care absolutely exceeds any expectations of explanations into diagnostics and lab work done by an emergency facility. They ask and listen for your intake on the event and your understanding while going over the reports sent over and giving clarity to whatever situation you may have went through.

“Sure, we were seen at the time appointed, and had great care. The really big difference is the lengths they went to to make my pup comfortable. We've never been to another vet that used pheromones to help relieve our pet's anxiety, and gave her something nice to lick while she was being given her injections. Our pup usually is tremoring and afraid at the vet, but at this visit she was obviously much more comfortable.”

Nobody wants to suffer this kind of loss and their kindness really helped minimize the incomprehensible pain of our dear boy's sudden and unexpected departure. Their analysis and the cremation were completed quickly and professionally, and the results will be helpful in maintaining a healthy regimen for his surviving sister.

“Dr Rob is a terrific vet. Decades of experience with all sport disciplines and breeds of horses. I like that He's reluctant to order expensive tests unless they're really necessary. But if he orders a test, you can bet you need it to get to the bottom of the problem. His insights have saved us money and our many horses pain over the 20 years we've known him. I'm always impressed that just by looking and feeling how a horse moves and reacts he can determine the most likely root cause. And so far he hasn't been wrong. I can't think of a better vet than Dr Rob.”

“Amazing clinic and staff. No chaos and very professional and friendly. Dr Copeland reminded me of the old school vets that realize the importance of care in a timely manner. Received the first appointment available the next day. I called on a Thursday as I was unable to get into our regular vet office until the following week. It took her only a few minutes to determine my dog's issues. Received diagnosis, medicine with instructions all at a very fair price. Today is Sunday and he has improved greatly as he is able to go on his walks again. Happy Dog Happy Life. He'll be even happier when he is not having to wear the "cone".
