I love this store, but disappointed on how mynost recent order was handled. I was quoted about $230, arrived and my over was $340. I didn't make any changes from my order to pick up. The cashier said they must not have included the $6/ea fee for wrapping them in my quote, but sort of shrugged it off. Nothing I can do because my event is tomorrow, so I paid it but sure leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
$108 is a big difference. They got 2 stars because the flowers are still very pretty.

Wonderful selection of succulents and other exotic house plants, and you can't beat the prices. It is a really amazing plant nursery . Nice people too. As a plant fanatic it is really a great find.

Lovely plants and gardens, although everything is overpriced and overrated. Van Atta's sells invasive plants and does not inform the customer about it. Weird, uneven rocks in the perennial garden and nursery make it unsafe and difficult to look at merchandise. Management is worthless and insensitive at best.

I have never encountered a business with such good customer service consistently. No matter what kind of problem I have they take care of it. I will be buying all my landscape needs and flowers from Van Atta’s!

I keep getting sold incorrectly labeled plants. This is the second year in a row that plants I have purchased have grown entirely different fruits than labeled. Find a new supplier. I will not be getting my plants here again, I'm not wasting another year of gardening growing things I didn't want.
