I live .3 miles from speedway. The store manager Daniel is the worst customer service individual! The store is nasty. The beer cooler is very unorganized, and poses a safety risk. All the boxes are stacked and leaning. There is no food out. It’s disgusting! I couldn’t get to the beer I needed and when mentioned to the manager, I was ignored. He kept stacking cigarettes and didn’t help the cashier with other guests. There was at least 7 people in line.i was 3rd in line and it took me 10 minutes to leave the store. Bad business!

Coolers are almost never managed properly and almost no food out during lunch time and what was out was old and dry, management needs to step up

I was refused service by the manager Daniel because I asked him for help and he was swearing at me . We called the police. The customer service complain department was like oh well and said we couldn't have the district managers number.

I normally love Speedways, but the customer service of is horrible at this location. The employee named Daniel was very rude.

I just had a slight problem with the cashier I called for handicapped assistance and he was not polite or very professional or helpful. It was the first time I ever encountered a problem. Maybe he had a bad day.

Save yourself, the frustration and go somewhere else, anywhere else! Gas pumps are outdated and CC at the pump doesn't work right but if you say anything to the clerk, he's condescending and rude!... and then cancelled my transaction on me when I called him out for his rudeness! Will never return to that store, terrible service, the worst! Going to post this on every review platform that I can, there's too many other gas stations to go to to put up with that kind of shitty service...p

This place gets docked for its kind non user friendly lot. I wasn't real confident driving through it. Other wise has everything you might expect from a speedway. And the staff was very nice

I parked my vehicle there for an emergency. I parked out and away from everything. There was no signs saying that they have a tow away policy. Less than 48 hours, I get dropped off to pick up my vehicle and the workers had called to get my vehicle towed stating they have a 24 hour tow policy. I am beyond upset. I figured a 24/7 gas station would allow me to park there temporarily. I was not expecting this emergency and now I have to pay $350 to get my vehicle. I missed a day of work as well because of this. Of course they towed it on a Sunday so I couldn't pick it up and 1 hour before I showed up. I plan to get lawyers involved.Update: just picked up my vehicle from the tow truck place and the workers told me that the majority of their business comes from them. And also, since there are no signs posted, they should not be able to call to have vehicles towed away.

I see multiple comments about Daniel on here. I agree. Had an absolutely horrid interaction with this man and was ultimately refused service because he said “I don’t want to deal with you.” I’m concerned for this store because that’s a terrible representation for a business. I’m sure he’s just unhappy in his life but taking it out on people just passing by trying to buy gas and snacks seems kinda… wrong

Visiting from out of state for the weekend. The most unpleasant individual was working the late night shift. Not only was he utterly rude and extremely unpleasant beyond all belief, but my brother was denied a sale because I first went into the store to ask a question on a product, I wasnt interested, told my brother about what they had and he was. He went in and met Mr. Unpleasant and was denied sale because I was uninterested.... and I guess this is a law according this man. Okay... It's fine. Really. The denial of sale was no problem, but the negativity and unpleasantness is what really upset me. Maybe a customer service job just isn't it for you sir.
