Seems like I got a new doctor every year and then that doctor would leave. Wonder why? Can’t find my medical records when I ask for them, ignores serious symptoms, and keeps you on medications when they should know that it’s giving you bad side effects. My new doctor in a different city is shocked and angry, he says it’s basically malpractice.

Friendly staff. Been going here since 2016 and have never had a problem getting a quick appointment, with billing, etc.

I waited on hold from 11:30a to 12:10p trying to get an appointment. My call was never answered. Gave up and went to urgent care.

Like others, I've had to be reassigned to a few different Drs that moved on to other places. But recently, I've seen DJ MacPhail, and I'm really impressed with his thoroughness and knowledge. I felt understoodand important. And the front office staff have been great at as well.

I have had like 4 different doctors here cause they do leave for reasons unknown to me BUT I have always still received great care from their nurse practitioner and the rest of the staff. When I went in for an ultrasound my toddler wasn’t very happy and The ultrasound tech I saw was really kind to me and my daughter and very understanding. The front receptionists are also very lovely people. I’ve never felt “brushed off” and my concerns have always been meet with wonderful care.

Front desk staff is super friendly. Dr Liz is great, thorough and explains things well, I have seen her during past appointments. Saw Katie Kowalczyk for my last visit and she was great as well, thorough and explained things well!

The girl that always answers the phone, Janelle? She answers like it’s her personal phone so I always have to ask if I called the right place. The male working the reception counter is cranky and pushy. He was hasty with me and an older gentleman. Sheesh!!!

My son and I saw Dr. Soos for the first time today. I get stressed going to the doctor, but this was a good experience. She was very nice and really listened. The woman who checked us in and out was nice too.

I've been a patient here for 10 years and I love it. I only had 3 pcp here one pcp physician I didn't care for but now I have one and she's amazing. Listens to me and helps! I would highly recommend Dr. Liz, she's also my children doctor! Staff are all friendly and nice!

I went for a general checkup and was told I should get a pap smear. I told my doctor that I would like to eventually, but currently could not due to a panic disorder. She continued to try to pressure me into getting one done to the point of excess, resulting in a panic attack. She also pointed out my eye condition and asked if I had a fake eye instead of looking at my chart. I'm giving two stars for the check in nurse, she was amazing.

Screwed up the codes for my daughters blood work. Now insurance wont pay! After three calls of them telling me they fixed it, I finally gave up and paid it to avoid collections from Sparrow. Doctor seems ok but the billing and coding people suck.

I have been a patient for years, I have had three different doctors which have left for various reasons, that's not normal. The doctors have been nice but follow-up appointments seem to fall through the cracks for some reason. The latest issue was the dismissal of a very good nurse practitioner which I've seen for about 3 years. I will not be going back to this facility, I want a doctor who knows my name, not one that gets introduced to me through a chart.
