Super friendly staff and my dog was very well groomed! Amazing service makes all the difference. There are closer kennels but I was impressed and will make the drive to know my pup is taken care for!

Did curb side pick up but it took them an additional 30 minutes to get to me from estimated pick up time. They need more staff.

My pup has been visiting Caraway Kennels for several years, mostly for boarding and a bath before coming home. They have daycare and boarding available. Everyone I have been in contact with has been so loving with my dog and he loves going there. CK is off the beaten path, but worth the drive knowing my dog will be treated well and have plenty of canine friends to play with. If you want boarding for holidays you need to reserve dates months in advance.

I love caraway kennels. I don't mind that they dogs don't go potty past 6pm. as Oliver is trained to go early anyways- He always comes home clean happy and healthy. He loves his own vacation time too.

We have been a client of Caraway Kennels for 20 years. We're off and on clients because we prefer to travel with our animals. We hadn't used the facility much in the last 5 years but needed to take some trips during the pandemic. We appreciated what we thought were good pandemic safeguards and drove 60 miles to Caraways based on our past experiences. We were never fans of their customer service - it's clear that they have some ridiculous clientele due to their excessive policies but we let that go because our dogs came home healthy and sane. Our trip in August went well and our dogs are high anxiety so we were encouraged to come back. This trip was terrible. I don't think their toys were ever taken out of the bag - they were super clean from when I disinfected them. These are well loved toys. The person who checked me out (outside - because they don't let anyone inside) was rude when there was a miscommunication regarding my prepayment. We paid up front last time to limit contact and asked to do so again. She was a little aggressive and shouted at me. I paid - not a problem - but wow. I guess only the dogs are the guests? Then I was left out in the rain and 40 degree weather for nearly 5 minutes as they collected the dogs. The person who gave me my pups was super nice but it's hard to get past being treated so poorly by the first person. Listen. I drive 60 miles away and am a nice person who treats people nicely even when I wasn't the one who messed up. When I got home I logged into Google to see if this is a trend with Caraway right now. I know we're all a little tense right now. At first glance, it's a lot of 5 stars but they are old and probably outdated somewhat. We also liked that there are humans on site at night. But now I just read that my dog doesn't go potty past 6 pm. WHAT THE HECK IS THAT?! I'm angry at Caraway (and myself!!) for allowing this. Today's interaction was unfortunate but expected - we've had rude interactions at Caraway in the past. We stayed because they are affordable and the dogs seemed treated well. But today I got back two dogs that didn't act like last time and now I'm adding everything up. We'll be finding a new 24 hr on-site kennel that is local to us and forget Caraway.

These guys are the best. Took great care of my dogs while I was gone for 2 weeks and while dogs were happy to see us when we got back they didnt act traumatized by the experience. While they were there they recieved baths and trims and they looked really good. Their fur was so fluffy and clean, trims were good too. I also liked whatever shampoo they used here. Normally groomers use the same shampoo and I really dont like the smell, this was so much better! I dont love leaving my dogs but it's nice to leave them when you know they are well tended and as happy as they can be while you are away.

Thank you for watching Amigo and Storm for Easter. I was able to relax and enjoy the holiday knowing they were in good hands. I will be using you guys again in the future!
