“We love the Okemos location to begin with. But the customer service, especially Luciano, goes above and beyond. He saved me from a bout of tennis elbow when he saw me struggling to get some tree sap off and brought out some chemicals to make the job easier. Luciano even finished scrubbing it off for me.”
“This is my first time using Lake Lansing Mobile and the repairs were pretty straight forward, but all around I had a very good experience. There are 3-4 big chain auto centers right on my road, but I'd still rather go here. Their customer service was good and the mechanic drove my car with me to make sure he identified the problem I was describing. They offered to give me a ride to work when scheduling the service.
When he called me to say what work needed to be done, the mechanic was clear, concise and professional. I have had bad experiences with other mechanics who tried to make me sign paperwork without even letting me read a summary of the work to be done. Not here. He made sure I understood what he was doing. Once the work was done, the mechanic did inform me of some other things that could use attention, but he didn't pressure me to have the extra work done. He just let me know it might be something to consider.
I felt that the price was pretty reasonable considering other places I've gone. I felt comfortable. They also asked me if they could rotate my tires (fixing a mistake made by the people who did my oil change a month ago) and explained why. This is probably the first time I actually felt comfortable getting repairs.”

“I've been using One Stop for the past few years to wash my vehicles. During the winter I pay for the monthly unlimited Platinum wash. I have nothing but good things to say. The workers always do a good job preparing the vehicle prior to going through the wash. As long as I live in the area I'll continue to do business here to keep my car/truck looking fantastic ?”

“I didn't go in fast enough and the light turned off but, they still charged me for the wash when I didn't get my car washed!!! I was dumbfounded. They returned my cash AND gave me a coin worth $9.00 on manual or another drive thru wash ! All I had to do was call the #.”

“Nice family run business. Came in on a cold Sunday for the automated car wash. When I got there, they said it was closed.Because they had time, they washed my car anyway. Not many businesses go out of their way for you anymore. Don’t expect this every time, but it was nice of them to do.”
“Right before a big drive, needed an oil change and decided to give this place a shot. Much quicker than Valvoline, friendlier and overall just a better experience. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into buying anything I didn’t need, all the workers were nice and informative. Filled everything up, tires, washer fluid, even picked the leaves out from under my hood! Definitely choosing here next time as well! I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but Monday the 12th at around 10am, those guys need a raise and some recognition for their hard work!”

“Do you want the cheapest gas in the neighborhood? What about a drive-thru touchless car wash? How about great gas prices EZ on/off to I-94 on 127? On top of all these attractive features the stores interior has been modernized. Nice, new, clean! Great beverage center. New coffee center. Yes, they sell beer too. Friendly staff. Clean modern restroom. Nearby is a huge Meijer store, a drug store, several great food joints.”
“Absolutely lovely, non-threatening, friendly, and not scary. I say that because I came in 5 minutes before they close and I'm very used to where I'm from for people to be quite angry at me and refuse service..... But they were very nice and the car wash lasted 5 minutes. I did the premiere shiner package that included some rust protection and undercarriage wash (I got the shiner package coupon from church).
At the very end when the car finishes going through the machine, someone will come out and manually dry off your windows and mirrors with a cloth. Love the experience, and thank you for not being mean to me before closing! Makes me go outside more, LOL”

“I absolutely love this self-service car wash center. I always go here to wash my Jeep since I can’t take it through an automatic car wash due to the delicate nature of my soft top.
It’s affordable, they accept coins and cards! They have a bunch of options to select from, including a de-ice fluid option during the winter. The place is always nice and clean. I have never had any issues while washing my car here.
As for the other reviews complaining about not being able to bucket wash or dry your car in the stalls, it’s very valid for the owners to not want you to do so. You’re taking up a wash space. I just pull out of the stall and park in a nearby parking lot to towel-dry my car, it’s not that difficult. I highly recommend this great little car wash, it’s well worth the money!”
“I have always been happy with my wash by Showroom Shine. For detailing work, I haven’t come across anyone who does a better job. I wish I lived closer but it’s always a treat to get a shine when I am in town. Thanks!”

“Jason was professional and helpful. He helped inform me about a transmission drain and fill. Went out of his way to help me with everything with my vehicle. Went above and beyond checking all fuilds and making sure my car was taken care of. Even Went as far as providing me with information about my vehicle so that I could better maintain it. He did a outstanding job and was friendly. His professionalism and concern for my vehicle made me feel good about the oil change and transmission drain and fill I was receiving. Best service I've had at an oil change business. Definitely will return.”
