Not only did you fit him in without notice or an appointment, you had him back on the road in a few hours. His transmission cooling line broke, and I thought for sure I'd be making a 6 hour trip to help him. Also, thank you for allowing the tow truck driver to bill your facility, and then add that to the final bill. Incredible service and I'll be remembering your shop for any future repairs.
