I must say worst experience I've ever had, I would give zero stars if I could. The employees inside the building are some of the most rude, unhelpful, condescending people I've ever had to deal with in my life. Be kind to others especially the handicap ones! Do NOT go here, I won't be going ever again! I will drove the extra 15 mintues to howell or even 25 extra min to brighton then to ever have to deal with theses ladies! Please share this with family and friends! Don't forget to put on your Facebook also as this is horrible customer service at hartland!

Got here, walked up to the door and it was locked. Waiting about 20 minutes. And then this guy comes out of the back waves his had gesturing they are closed And walked back in the back room. It was at that point 4:56 PM. Not sure what has them closing early but seems like they did today.

Dropped off a package here. Quick & simple. Interaction I had with staff was great. They scanned my package- made sure of what I was shipping so they could sticker it appropriately. Cute little small town post office.

the man that works there weekly is rude and racially motivated. came in on multiple occasions trying to ship a set of tail lights. he didn't help me box said items and sent me away when i tried working out taping the box. i was more than willing to pay extra for assistance. the man physically went out of his way to disregard the situation i was trying to figure out. even insulted me in front of customers for 'being unprepared'..? taking my money to UPS and contacting corporate. real professional to take your insecurities out on customers. He was more than willing to assist his caucasian customers.. just saying.

I would give zero stars if I could. The employees inside the building are some of the most unhelpful, condescending, rude people I've ever had to deal with in my life. Do NOT count on them to deliver what you pay to send- it won't make it to it's destination. I'm still waiting for 1 sheet of 8"x10" printer paper with 1 standard size check inside 1 business envelope to arrive at it's destination after paying $9 for 2 days priority mail for a tracking number to go 5 miles away. It's been 10 days now... I highly do not recommend!!

This post office doesn't answer the phone at all. They keep transferring my package to Hartland from Clarkston twice now and I live no where near Hartland.

Love their drop off bin for pre paid labeled packages! Wish every location did this. Only gripe is I wish they had the hours the Howell location has!
