“Really friendly service here while I was shopping around for houseplants. I am not really the best with plants and had tons of questions for them and they answered all of them even giving me a demonstration of what "pinching" a plant was so I could do it correctly.”
“Bordines! You cannot be in a bad mood walking through and seeing all the gorgeous Christmas decorations, garlands and beautiful greens! I love coming in to walk through and get into a festive frame of mind! Plus today it's snowing! So fun! You really need to visit Bordines a couple of times a year to get the feel of how they rotate stock in for each season. I'm really amazed!”

“I cannot fully express how grateful I am for the excellent customer service my husband received last week at the Brighton Home Depot! At a little after 8pm On Thanksgiving Eve our well pressure tank sprung a leak! We were completely panicked because we were hosting 20 guests the next day! We realized we didn't have the right supplies So my husband headed to your store! I called because the store was scheduled to close in 15 minutes and I wasn't sure if my husband would make it in time! They were so NICE and understanding! They even stayed at least 45 minutes after closing to help him. THANK YOU so much - I am sure they wanted go home and be with their families but stayed and helped him find a solution so we could still host our family the next day. You all are the best!”
“I had to return two damaged interior doors to Home Depot in Brighton, MI. The associate Taylor was so helpful. I had asked if we could Saran wrap them so they would not get damaged on the commute home and he was so kind to have assisted with that along with helping me put the doors in my truck.
