Just closed on a house as a first time home buyer with Michelle Wilson and her team, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was incredibly prompt and communicative at every stage of the process, and she was able to help navigate us through the challenges that inevitably come up in the home buying process. We feel very fortunate to have worked with Michelle and her team, they made a difficult process so much easier through their expertise and professionalism.

Michelle and her team are the ABSOLUTE best! They go above and beyond. They got me to the closing table in only 12 days and had the paperwork ready for me to sign before leaving for vacation. I can not recommend them enough. The communication and education I received were so appreciated. It was the most wonderful experience, hands down!

Michelle, Mindi and the team was wonderful during my process of refinancing my home. I was stuck between buy a new home or renovate and Mindi helped me understand my options. I worked with Mindi as my Realtor about 2 years ago to sell an estate property. She made the process so easy and mentioned to me of her other services she provided as well. I reached out to her this year still stuck between buy or refinance. Mindi explained my options and educated me on the process to help me make a decision of refinance to renovate. I appreciated her for taking the time to educate me on the steps. The team was amazing and I closed in approximately 12 days! It was fast, efficient and timely from start to finish. Working with Jodi and Michelle was a blessing in disguise! Jodi was the most beautiful soul to work with in the process of buying our first home. Michelle and her team were totally amazing, taking on my mortgage needs as a self employed musician in a red hot market at the last second, as I’d found a house and needed to be pre approved literally overnight. Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with! After a miserable experience with Quicken Loans back in March, we decided to try the Mortgage 1 office down the street from our home that we purchased. Michelle and her team simplified the process, helped us get our ducks in a row, and had us at the closing table earlier than anticipated!
