“Tim, a guy who works here, helped us out in a huge way. My wife was taking our son (infant) to 6 appts in one day in Ann Arbor, on top of driving 10 hours in the same day. The tires were low and she wasn't confident on using the air there. She as overwhelmed, exhausted and I was 300 miles away. Tim came out, in the pouring rain, and pumped her tires for her so she could get home.THANK YOU SO MUCH.”

Yesterday, my car broke down unexpectedly, and I was completely stuck. Without hesitation, the assistant manager personally offered to drive me home—which is already above and beyond what you'd expect from any business. On top of that, the other staff didn’t hesitate to try jumping my car to help get me back on the road.
That kind of kindness, teamwork, and genuine care is rare these days. Whether it's their services or their character, Mug and Bob’s truly go the extra mile (literally!).

She was alone on duty when I locked my keys and my phone in my car after filling up, and she was super sweet and invited me inside to use the phone to call for help as well as text my family on her own phone! We got to chat while waiting for help to arrive and I'm super grateful someone so kind was able to help me (panicking) in that situation. Thank you, Tammy!!”
