“My daughter broke her screen on her mini I-Pad. DD replaced it and there was a discolored bar running down one side of the screen. We took it back and they fixed it free of charge. Next, it wouldn't take a charge so we took it back again. They tried to fix it and could not figure it out so they offered us a used full size I-Pad as a replacement. It was a hassle to bring it back a few times, but I think they went above and beyond to satisfy our expectations.”
