My husband and I have been with Brad Charles - State Farm for over 10 years, with home, auto, and jewelry insurance. We have always loved the quality of service and care that they provide. Recently, switched to State Farm. Worked with an agent named Jess and she was more than helpful in helping me find cheaper rates for both auto and homeowners insurance. At first, I was only inquiring about auto insurance but decided to get the bundle as it helped me save more $ compared to my previous insurance companies. Jess was also very kind and patient and would definitely recommend reaching out to this branch in you are looking for any type of insurance.

Diane reached out to me and did an amazing job! Not only did she explain to me the difference between the current insurance I was with, but she also went over what State Farm could do for me that was better. She answered all my questions, and was very quick with her responses. I saved quite a bit of money, and I am very pleased with the services that I received! I would definitely recommend you to them!!

Just called for a quote for my car insurance. I already have home owners with them… but wanted to see about a rate to bundle… Whoever I spoke with, her name began with a “T” was beyond rude! Huffing and puffing throughout the entire convo, as if I’m bothering her. Spoke very condescending! I ended up disconnecting the call on her because of her tone! Not a great way to earn someone’s business! Definitely taking my home owners policy with me!

Greg is amazing, it was one of the quickest quotes I received. Then when I needed time to call back because I needed to discusses the options, he wasn’t pushy or persistent. He told me to have a great appointment with my eye dr and to drive safe. That’s why I called right back and didn’t exhaust any other options. You don’t get many people who are in sales that are genuine.

Leave my last insurance provider for them because they promised me a great price that was confirmed with their pre-screen. Next month price jumps over $100 for the month. They told me it was because the underwriters found accident”s” that had been missed in the pre-screen. Fine. Whatever. I know there is only one possible accident I could have forgotten But whatever i paid it without complaint.So tell me why a couple weeks later I get an email saying their canceling my insurance because I’m no longer eligible le because of the accident”s” the underwriters found.No new accidents had been found in 2 weeks. Nothing else had been chaneed and suddenly I get a higher price the one month and then canceled the next.Guess they just wanted to get as much out of me as they could before they canceled me. Not sure why else they didn’t cancel me right away when the underwriters did their screen.So, don’t trust their prices, even with a pre-screen. You’re better off just sticking with who you have now.
