I would go to any other location before this one. The last time I was here they lost my tire locks and broke my door handle. I did the door myself since I knew it was old and they made it right with replacing the lock nuts. I'm all for second chances so I made an appointment for 3 tires for 9:30 am and was the only person sitting in the store beside one other person. Well 3 hours later it's finally done. When I made a comment, guy behind the counter thought it was funny.

Watch out for this locations highest price around and won't match either contrary to their signs! They want $214 ($53 ea) for 4 wheels that I would bring in off the car for them to dismount/dispose old tire, install my new wide whitewall tire, and balance. Others quoted $22-$25 each. Also the guy helping me was understanding but his coworker that intervened was cocky so I left. I won't be buying my next set of tires for my daily driver from that location. It's gone downhill since my last purchase. Shop around!

Woke up to a flat tire once the spare was changed on to it, we drove there with no appointment towards the end of the day to drop off for a patch and check for the other tires. They had it done and back before close and were all very friendly guys !!!

Made an appointment, 4 1/2 hours later I got my car back because they over book my appointment time, the guy behind the counter when I dropped off the car was rude, when I picked it up another guy behind the counter was nicer but refused to give me any kind of discount for them overbooking, very poor service and prices high!!

I have to say I appreciate their honesty and good work. I brought my vehicle in with a specific list of repairs and they did exactly what I asked. I was a technician for many years, worked at many tire shops, and i can say for sure this is a good one. The service managers were polite and timely as well.

Do not go here! I knew I should’ve went to the Howell location instead, but this was closer to home. Had an appointment and was quoted an hour and a half. Five hours later and it still wasn’t done. Found out they didn’t even start it until four hours past my appointment. Absolutely no customer service. Full of excuses and very, very rude. This place will not be getting our business ever again.

I wouldn't trust them to fix a flat tire! I had a starter completely fall off of my truck, they installed. When I took it back to Belle Tire in Hartland Michigan, they tried to charge me for a 1.7 hours of Labor. Should've been .7 hours.
There were multiple phone calls involved and two calls to the corporate office, over all of this because of one man by the name Thomas or Tomas.
Apparently they think it's okay to hysterically laugh on the phone at their customers, when the costumer says something they apparently thought was funny.
I can say Thank you to John though for being very respectful and considerate. As well as Matt at the Corperate Stores.
I know a lot of people and everyone I know now knows about my experience at your store! I think Thomas/Tomas, needs a new job and needs to go work in the private sector because obviously public is not good for him!
If I had been his boss, I would have fired him on the spot.
I myself don't like cussing, but he got a HUGE F'YOU, as I hung up, to call his boss.

The men in this store laughed at me when I did exactly what Discount Tire in Fenton,told me to do. "Now that you have 2 new tires that have been rotated, you may need them aligned again." Even tho Belle did, same that morning, I believed Discount Tire. Drove back to Hartland. I walked in Belle and told them what Discount said. Comments like, you'd believe a place that doesn't even do alignments. Hahaha 4 of them laughing at me.. I tried to explain myself which created more jokes. As a 76 year old female, who was alone, I was unable to take the mocking with a grain of salt. Embarrassing me was out of line, in my opinion. Hope Noone treats your Grandma like a fool like you did me!

Once again, this Belle tire in Hartland took care of us like we were royalty. Anytime we have gone to them they went well above and beyond our expectations. Our rental car tire went flat due yo a nail. We were due to leave town the next day. They treated our emergency like we were family. Thk you again. I encourage all who need tires/repairs to visit the staff here in Hartland.

Got here at 8 car was brought in garage immediately to have 2 tires repaired was told an hour to an hour half. 2 1/2 hours later almost 3 there I still sat. Then when I approached Joe the person at the desk to ask how much longer, I couldn’t even ask the question while he rudely walked away from me saying we are working on it and will let you know when it is done. Maybe they are purposely chasing away their customers so they don’t have to work but I do have to work, told my employer a couple hours not half a day.

Couldn't put my tire on my car (after I had dropped it of days before to get it repaired).
Told me they would need it til the late afternoon.
Dropped my tire off on a Monday to get repaired. Showed up at 8:01am Saturday morning (5 days after dropping it off) to just have them put it on my car. They told me they would need it most of the day, cause they had MULTIPLE cars ahead of me. Took my tire, as it was going to be a holiday weekend. Stopped at another tire store on my way to work, and they had it on my car, after fixing my valve stem (which belle didn't try to fix... They only bothered with the "main puncture"/didn't even bother to fully check it), and I was out within 20 minutes. After the other place told me that belle didn't fix the valve stem, they proceeded to fix it! And got me back on the road super fast! Will not be returning to belle, even tho I have the insurance for my tires from them.... Would rather pay full price for a new tire from somewhere else!
I was able to change my own tire on the side of the road (without proper equipment/tools, in less time then it would have taken them to get me "in" to swap the tire. that's why I dropped the tire off days before being able to get back to get it swapped). If they would have given me access to a proper jack or a lift, and an impact, I could have done it myself!

This place doesn’t have a clue about customer service. I dropped a car off to have a leak fixed 7 hour later it wasn’t done, can’t Imagine trying to take care of your rotations and stuff you need to make an appointment drop it off for the day so no car.I saw a person have there car towed in because of a flat and they told them three days. I took my dad to discount tire to have a leak fixed and they replaced it and put 3 new one on as we had lunch. Why should I have some one drive me there leave it for the day and have some one drive me back to get it. I can get the same service and pricing from the dealer if I want to hang out most of the day.
