I have been hauling metal to Mike for years and he is very honest and does his best to put more money back into your pocket. He drives up the prices for everyone in the area.... great person to work with!

Very honest people, will give you what you actually deserve for what you bring in and won't take advantage of people who don't know what they're doing. (Like me) even offered me a beverage while I was there! Great place, better than all the rest around.

I will say I have to reply to Mike's Neighbor Brett First. Brett if you don't like your local governments ordinances idbsay you should likely petition for supervisor or some changes. Bitching here about a family's business is almost the lowest move u could make. I mean beat up on a guy for working too hard or too much and I know what Mike does there it isn't extremely loud. Or maybe you should check the r value of your homes insulation. Smh some people. I own a small business live a few miles down the road and have idiots like you try the same bs w me and I unlike Mike appearantly will gladly hand you your a** for the world to see..I'm shocked tho bc Mike doesn't usually bite his tongue Anyway. Now that the unimportant statement has been made. Mike and I haven't always gotten along. But the guy cares about his customers. His employees and the safety of everyone around. Pays the best and is a stand up SERIOUS BUSINESS MAN.....

This place is asome I have never had no problem with the owners I now him and his on frist name basis there all was fare and onnist with me ...I have had bad experience with the people down the road thy will Way you in at gross and way you out at net you have to look close at your ticket ...I am just saying just take it to hartford 5 star all the way

I got into a crash and was pretty shaken up. They gave me advice on what to do and gave me the most that they could for my totaled vehicle. They also took care of everything and went to my car to collect it. Highly recommend!
