Bought some railroad ties from these guys, took my money then loaded the garbage ones on my trailer, and then disappeared on the forklift. They are not even usable. Would not buy anything from them ever again.

Purchased parts online that their system said were in stock. Went to pick them up the next day and was told “sometimes it says stuff is in stock online when it’s not”. I’ve purchased parts online for pickup many times from this location without an issue, now an employee tells me it’s a common occurrence? To make things worse he offered no remedies beyond cancelling the order and checking the Shelby location which was also out of stock. I was a counter sales person at a parts store for 4 years and I know mistakes happen, but the apathy I witnessed to this situation was not a good look.

It is a long time local auto parts store. Good service , friendly people. Good stock and can get most things they don't have by tomorrow. Prices are as good as anywhere locally.

Great service everyone working helped us find what we were looking for. We also asked to buy some cotter pins (we didn't know what size) so they gave us for FREE a bunch of different sizes. Very helpful!
