Propane in Harrison, MI

“Pricing is lower than other propane suppliers. I have been a customer for 2.5 years so far and the ladies in the office are not the most cheerful on the phone but they do an amazing job and they are knowledgeable and very reasonable. The fees are pretty standard. I called other companies in the beginning and they all have the same kinds of fees. It's a smaller company but reliable! The installation of tank and lines were done properly and quickly.”

“We bought our place in oct and the tank was already attached, DTE just got available in the area and couldn’t get it switched over before winter, I called and had to sign a paper that I would use a certain amount for that year billing cycle or I would have to pay 199 , I knew I would be having to pay because I was switching to DTE but needed to get through the winter, I was able to get help with filling it and got filled in November and stretched out the propane till march, was also told there was a pick up fee……

I can’t say anything about other peoples experiences, this was mine.

When I was ready for the tank to be taken I called the office in Clare and the lady I spoke with was very nice. I explained about how I signed the paper that said I had to pay 199 if I didn’t use a certain amount in the year, she told me, I would not be charged for that. I was told there was a fee to come get it, but that if there was some left in it, it usually evens out. I had 30% left.
she again said she wouldn’t charge me, and since I got emergency help, any refund would go back to the program that helped me.
