Needed a leaf spring u bolt for my old truck. Online was crazy expensive. Went to NAPA and they wanted $60. Called McVeigh's Truck Springs in Mio Michigan and it was $9 plus shipping, so less than $20. They make springs and parts.

Good prices, better guarantees, great service. I have done a fare bit of business there have always been treated well and the few occasions where something wasn't right they have done everything they could to make it right and then sum. Anytime a friend needs something that's where I take them, would highly recommend too anyone else as well. Keep up the good work guys Appreciate it. ?

Bought brakes for my vehicle. The front brakes were the incorrect ones, which may not been the fault of the guy who ordered them. He said it was difficult to see what I needed and the part # was listed wrong. Either way, he found me a cheaper pair that they had in stock and gave me an even exchange. He said there was no money difference. Yet, when I look the part numbers up online. There is a $20 difference. I should have had a refund coming, but he said it was an even exchange. I don't think that is very good business.

After driving up there on Saturday to pick up speed sensor, they gave me the wrong part, returned the part on Sunday and was told that the correct parts would be in Tuesday morning, only to be told, on Tuesday, that the parts didn’t show up and no idea when it would be there, Rude!!! I will never use this Napa again!! Overpriced, terrible service, waste of time and money. Having to pay someone to drive me back and forth I’m extremely mad !!!!!! I should be able to trust and depend that I’m going to get the correct part the first time, I understand mistakes but this is just terrible.
