Updated post...just phoned for an appointment. I was in essence told to go elsewhere to purchase tires due to first come first serve only. Woman that answered the phone wouldn't even allow the opportunity for me to explain the reason for my call. Just said first come first serve only while laughing. Awful customer experience

Horrible company to hire or work for, they teach employee’s to do shady/dangerous things like purposely lowering air pressure in tires to make you return. Selling retreaded tires as “new” with the chance of them falling apart while driving. Selling tires with 10+ years of expiration past date. Over charging at every little chance they get. Friend of mine worked there during covid, he never received hazard pay, they didn’t give any PTO, they don’t care if an employee hurts themselves(which most have) as long as they keep it off the records for the company, whilst giving no compensation. They are rude beyond belief when calling this place, everything seems to be your fault, even if you are a first time caller, trying to inquire about tires. This joke of a family owned company is why you should seek real professionals, a company that holds themselves to a higher standard, is responsible, and isn’t just looking out for themselves. Ill never bring my business here again, nor will allow family or friends i care about come here. Keep your life safe, and your wallets full.
