MY sister-in law is with this co, she pays on call pays when delivered last time was Dec she was told to call when it was at thirty percent down she did and they told her they only deliver out her way every other month so now she is below twenty percent they said if they had to come out before Feb seventh they wanted one hundred and fifty dollars more calling it an emergency delivery she is eighty for years old has to turn heat down below fifty five to save her propane until they decide to bring some Feb seventh pretty sad i would say, she was told calling them at thirty percent would give them time to schedule
