Would be a nice place if had better management If you don't kiss their a$$ they will look for reasons to write you up or kick you out. Maintaince only fixed things on his terms if he's not drunk. When you move out they try to charge you for things maintenance did, like sloppy painting. Don't work for them, they will refuse to pay you what they owe you or hold your check until they feel like giving it to you, if for any reason you have a disagreement wth them, and if they have family that needs a job and you are working for them you can kiss your job goodbye, because they will find a reason to push you out to bring their family in.

If you're looking for a feasible place to live without the hassle of having neighbors on top of you like the apartments look no further. The mobile homes are very well maintained and the staff are great people. Whom try to do what they can to make it a great place to live in. Located in town, so very close to all the amenities you would need. Most neighbors are very friendly and alot of us care about our little community. Would love to see maybe a little park put in for as many of us have children. But all in all we love being a part of the Estates.

Discriminates against mshda and lies about taking it. Registered to accept mshda but denies you without a application. Even goes against the law on emotional support pet be which is against the law.

I have been here for 3 years. I love it; very quiet & clean. Managers are responsive to any issues I have had. I had an issue that required a major renovation ... they kept me updated on the progress & went above & beyond in the renovation.

I went for and application gave the manager sixty dallor. She didnt even run my credit. She sent a latter is the mail saying our credit was bad . She is running a scam pocketing the money here and there . Credit karma send you alert when credit is being checked. Be careful going here

Don't even live there planing to move to Michigan in June & can't belive the lady told me over the phone no service dogs when I could clearly hear multiple dogs barking in the background wow just wow

One of the nicer "Trailer Courts" in this area. Not all homes are beautiful, but very few really look trashed. Appears owner makes effort to keep community looking good!

My most dishonest managers I believe I've ever met backstabbers Liars. You can't put a follower everyone and try to turn him into a manager cuz first of all you don't know who's doing what second of all he don't know what he's doing and you think she's doing it good only in his own brain I mean if that's what you want to call it.
