I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The staff are the rudest people I've ever encountered and they DO NOT CARE ONE OUNCE about you or your needs. They made my husband go 9 days without a VERY important heart medication and make me wait 2 days for a burn cream for 3rd degree burns I had. Do yourself a favor and RUN from this place.

I had a prescription called in from urgent care for antibiotics and steroids at 9 am as a priority prescription. Called at 1:30 and was told they have received it as a priority and still not filled and now it's 5pm and no word.

Had surgery and script called in at noon for pain and antibiotics. Tried to pick up up 2 hours later and was told won't be ready till later and they would text when ready. 24 hours later still no text. Called and told was ready yesterday went and picked up but one med missing in bag. Now their closed. Next day called and told they would text when ready. 6 hours no text. Then told later. Been Over 2 days. No pain med. Called MD had them call to Harrison Family Pharmacy. Wish Rite aid didn't close.

With Rite Aide closing down their pharmacy, they had quite a bit of trouble getting caught up when they got slammed. It took them almost 3 days to fill 1 script for my son, but they are doing a lot better now, they were able to fill it in just a few hours this month. ?

I just spent an hour on the phone trying to get through. I have been there three days in a row to pick up a script for an elderly neighbor. This is day four and they won't answer the phone.! Very upsetting. Wasting time and money just trying to do a good deed.

I changed pharmacy due to an older rather grumpy lady with glasses that works there shes always rude about ER or urgent care perscribed meds like its such a inconvenience to do her job that involves peoples pain and health struggles and now my 3 year old needed meds due to being very sick and when my wife asked if theres anyway we could get a medicine filled she was rude so my wife asked to speak to the pharmacist and she made comments about my wife so she could hear them as she got the pharmacist completely unprofessional and now shes switching to another pharmacy just cause this one lady everyone else there is wonderful btw and i went there 3 years before i had enough of her rude behavior and dirty looks before i switched

Love this place. A lot of outside the box kind of items and a great meat counter. Their sausage is fantastic. Try the holiday special sausage. It's different and so interesting.

My father needs antibiotics and steroids for his COPD. Life threatening if he does not get them. His doctor contacted me late last night. He said he would call in the medicine. I called today to see if they received it. THEY ARE CLOSED TILL MONDAY!! I called the stores main number and the girl that answered the phone said yes the pharmacy is closed. IT IS THE 4TH OF JULY! Her words! REALLY IS THE STORE CLOSED? APPARENTLY NOBODY NEEDS LIFE SAVING MEDICINE DURING THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND! Rite aid has my business now
