Love shopping at the base! My only concern is the dates of the expiration dates! The cost of the food is cheaper than Meijer, Kroger, and city stores. However, the expiration dates on cheese, bacon, and beef sometimes not followed! I go to the commissary once every 2 months. When I go, I spend approximately $600 when I go! To me, the commissary can't be beat! For people who are not veterans or service members, they are not aware of the savings. Trust me, the prices can't be beat!
