Great but have a mold problem maintenance didn't do nothing about it which is really retarded.

Hot water was out few days I wasn’t sure why. My first call to the office no one responded or repaired , I called a few days later and submitted request through rent cafe and hot water tank was ordered and replaced in 2 days.

Peaceful quiet community...so far, so good. I'll keep you posted. Clean grounds and apartment home. I'm satisfied.
