Dying & circling the drain. Just like Eastland mall, Lowes will not be able to withstand the onslaught. Understaffed with incompetents, disorganized, many items missing, low inventory, will be bankrupt in a year. As Detroit expands it devours all things in its path.

4 people were waiting in line, while 1 person was working the register & there were 4 staff in the area behind the counter. Even if it wasn't everyone's assignment to work in that area, someone could've stepped up or called for assistance. Where's the manager? This is not the first time I've had this experience here. It's frustrating to see help available, but not assisting when there's a line. Please do something about this.

I ordered a refrigerator. The salesman was great. The delivery and communication was terrible. There fore a 3. My delivery was scheduled between 8-12. The driver called and said that they would be here in 1/2 an hour. No-one came so I began to try to track this down. I called the driver back who said that the truck was too big so that the refrigerator went back to the warehouse and would need a smaller truck. He said the dispatcher was suppose to notify me. I called Lowes but noone in Appliance picked up. I hot a manager and he gave me the contact info for the warehouse. They rescheduled me for a few days later. I agreed to 8-12 . I get a call to say they are running late and it will be first thing after lunch. Well it is almost 3 . I understand the truck problem but I resent not being informed and had to spend additional time tracking it down. The reschedule is also annoying . Heads up guess what. They brought the big truck again so can not deliver. Next I received a voice mail from the warehouse. They said that the only option I would have for delivery was to get a pick up truck that would go down the one block to the major criss street. The Lowes delivery truck could then meet the pickup truck and load it into the pick up truck for the block to my house. Needless to say. I canceled my order and went to a local appliance store to buy a much needed refrigerator

The 8 mile store is my go to for anything home repair and garden related. The store may be smaller than the newer ones but it is always well stocked and spotless. Did I mention how helpful and courteous the staff is? They are easy to find, knowledgeable and will help assist loading heavy items in my car. As someone who worked in retail, especially with the new "climate", I say well done to this store and their manager.

the manager was condescending and of little help. my order was delayed twice, it was supposed to be delivered on tuesday, then they changed it to thursday, and then sunday, and they refused to make it right. will never shop lowes again. rated them one star cuz i cant rate them lower.

I've gotten things that I wanted from Lowes especially on flowers. They have a couple of clearance carts with some half dried flowers on them at half off. I've gotten a calla lily that the had bloomed and dried, I bought it and nursed it til now it's blooming a flower. I brought to 2 white tall Asiatic Lilies that were on the cart that were wilted for half off, these plants will return year after year. I've had great luck in finding spray paint in the color that I needed that the other Company didn't have.

I've always had pleasant interactions with the staff and was led to where, so that's a plus. But their online order pickup service is lacking. Things will randomly get cancelled. Better to just head in the store and get it yourself.

I have been inspired to shop lowes for best service and prices. I've purchased washer dryer,stove,riding lawnmower, best place for in door out door plants. but most important the sales staff clientele.the remember you and if you want something in particular ask for sales specialis. They will get it and call you back and at an excellent price.that how i got my fridge and riding tractor lawnmower.i was so inspired i wrote the ceo and store manager a letter.it wash like shopping in BH, CA and i did live and shop there.Service is everything, and clientelling is a must for return business.oh yess i also bought the shed and opened an account bought all the lumber for my new 10x14 ft deck

I bought a Craftsman riding mower online on July 20.The order was fulfilled through this store. I finally received the mower on August 2nd. Mower didn't last a week before the lawn deck engagement belt snapped in two on August 8th. After having a rude conversation with an associate trying to say I didn't have a warranty (I did) they then told me to bring in the defective lawn mower to their store. That wasn't an option. They then transferred me to customer service who told me they didn't have time for this before hanging up on me. 12 calls to customer service call center to get the store to comply, they finally agreed to exchange the mower. They picked up the defective lawnmower and lo and behold they didn't have another in stock. I called the store, actually spoke to someone who told me they would look at nearby stores and call me back. That was on Monday. I called the store today and was hung up on again. Back to calling customer service. A simple exchange of a defective lawnmower should not be this complicated.

by far the worse store I have ever experienced with your chain. sold me a product you didnt have in stock to load in my vehicle then had to stand in an hour long line to get my money back from customer service......will never go back

It is somewhat difficult to find assistance from employees. Most are not very outgoing in serving customers
