A stone fell out of my wife’s ring, they walked me through the entire process and explained how often the ring and stones should be treated. (My terminology, not theirs).Overall a great experience.

This place is awesome. Vivian was so sweet and so helpful. The prices are the best around that I have found. I buy a lot of jewelry and Elite beats them hands down. Great quality.
