This store is new and is always filthy. There are boxes full of different objects just sitting around no matter the time of day.The 1 single register that's open always has a long slow line. No other register ever opens.

There was stock all over the floor the place was unkempt I spent 15 minutes in there didn't find what I was looking for which was okay..I did find some dog treats for my ? however there was no one at the register after 3 minutes of waiting I left leaving the treats on the counter I may never go back to this one ?

First time at this location. Although there are some negatives (the smell of Marijuana is very pronounced and some selections are targeted) the cashier made the experience earn 4 stars. Unfortunately we didn't catch her name (10/7/22 after 6pm), she was sweet, courteous and engaging. We left with a smile due to her!

☺️Wonderful store, in Harper Woods, Mi new store open October 2021.I’m so excited & happy that it came to my neighborhood, however this store could be so, so wonderful & beautiful.If it had more staffing, they are always short staff, unpacked boxes in the isle ways that you can’t even get thru to look even at the merchandise.This is differently a safety hazard for staff and customers.They are trying , very hard, they have a limited amount of amazing workers, Ms Susie, is sweet as a button, Ms Toya mgt nice lady, and others, they are always willing to assist you.☺️?Ms Rachel, very nice, poor thing has to closed one store @ Gratiot, Eastpointe Mi. store early @ 4, to come and close the new Harper Woods Mi. store.The $? in Eastpointe 9 mile rd. near Kelly Rd@I-94 it has always been 100% my Favorite, the Best Manager is Julie, .Her store is Always stock, clean, and the staff are always so happy and cheerful, they are so well organized, all the time, she really have a great team, teamwork makes the dreams work ?Sincerely,Ms JewellA ? & Faithful $?customer.Saturday 08/27/22 1612 pm.

The Harper Woods location is rather disappointing. The East Pointe, 9 Mile Road location opens its doors at 8a.m., but the Harper Woods Store, which is closer at 8 Mile Road just east of Kelly, which would only be a 4-7 minute drive, doesn't open until 11a.m., which I think is absolutely ridiculous! If it's not going to open for business until almost the middle of the day, why open it up at all?
