The store never answers the phone, when they do they just leave you on hold forever. I called back 2 more times and asked to speak to a manager, some girl Mya said she was the manager, I asked if she was the store Mgr she said no and either she hung up or we were "disconnected. I called back the next day asked for a manager & spoke to some lady named Damesha who was very short with me when I asked if she was the Store manager, she said no his name is Troy. Finally 2 days later I got in contact with Troy to express my issues with the service of his store. He was dismissive, condescending and I understood why the service in this store socks. The management is terrible and down right rude. I will be calling corporate because this store needs new management and the current management should be fired!

If u like standing in line in pain because they refuse to keep the drive thru open because they're ignorant and incompetent or if u like calling about a prescription and leaving a message nobody calls u back this is your cvs.also if u bring your bicycle in the store they will call 911.they close from 130-230 for lunch because they can't take lunch one at a time like normal businesses because they're entitled garbage.DO YOUR JOB or stay home but don't make cvs inconvenient for everyone

This is asnine...They say there's a problem with my prescription, which is just iron and they need my doctors approval. Yet the dr doesn't see anything for said approval. It's pretty bad when a customer can't even reach them on the phone let alone a doctor. It literally shouldn’t take 12 hours to get a prescription filled… then the staff is completely incompetent!!! Total idiots!! Please I’m telling you for your own sanity go somewhere else .. Just don’t go here!!! Pharmacist is a complete coward will argue with a woman and disrespect her but will hang up when a man calls and gets back with him.. real tough my man! All in all I will never use this pharmacy again!

I would really hate if I was an elderly person that needed an important prescription that was dire for my health . They literally never answer the phone no matter how many times you call. I’ve been calling for the past 2 days with no answer at all , the first day I called they hung right up after being on hold for 20 minutes. If you need your prescription sent to a cvs don’t let it be this one .

I've noticed all city CVS stores in/near Detroit do not have the polished exterior and interior feel. The store manager or Regional FM needs to ensure it's happening i.e. landscaping, trash/debris removed. The store in Harper Woods has weeds in the flower bed and the grass is or lack thereof is full of weeds. Keep the stores clean and stop lowering standards of such stores.

Yes siree I came in today and I witnessed fantasia briefly assisting Jessica with the pay rent option here at the office she was on point had it hands down once again the store manager and Jessica did a great job
