Private client advisor at this location I would NOT recommend. Go to another branch. A salesman more than an advisor in my opinion. Very disappointed.

I took my mother to this location to notarize a quit claim deed, only because she banks with Chase and it is close to her home. A young man who states he is the only notary at this location assists us. I gave him my driver's license and my mother's ID, along with the document. He looks at my mother and asks her if she knows what this document is? My mother is elderly, she knows what it is for but at times she is forgetful, That is the main reason I am filing the quit claim deed so no one can swindle her out of her home, plus I can speak on her behalf with the mortgage company, not that it is any of his business. He stated that if he notarized the document I could take my mother's home from her, I told him because she still has a mortgage, the mortgage company has a first-place lien. He called both the Macomb County Register of Deeds, and Chase Mortgage and I could tell they told him the same information, I let him know I work for a mortgage company. He stated he was not comfortable notarizing the document and advised that I go to my bank which is Huntington. I went to Huntington and immediately got the document notarized. I told the notary what happened she was appalled. She stated the purpose of a notary is to witness the signatures and notarize the document if there is proper id to make the right people are signing. My mother and I both had the proper Identification not sure why I was treated with mistrust as if I was out to take from my mother. I normally do not write reviews that are negative, but this young man needs to be informed, I had the day off to take care of my mother's business and he wasted a whole hour stalling because he was uninformed. I am going to switch my mother's account to Huntington thanks for the referral!

I came here today to pay a bill and WENDY IS AWESOME . She is Very sweet and above all patient. She showed compassion and concern. And also while I was waiting in line and LaRon a banker also asked how he could Help. What a nice Bank ?

Tellers were very rude and unknowledgeable, one can’t work for a bank like Chase and think it’s ok to talk to adults like children. Even the supervisors lack expertise and empathy, so unfortunate.

I never leave reviews, however the staff at this location left quite the impression. Everyone was very warm, welcoming and helpful. They answered all of my questions, gave great advice, and it didn't feel like another task on my to-do checklist. This will definitely be the Chase that I will be taking my business to:)

very nice and friendly service! be sure to make an appointment if you want to see a banker and avoid having to wait because in my experience this branch can get a little busy at times… still the best branch around!!

I kind of appreciate the lack of human interaction! The teller machines inside do everything I need and they're fast, but that's only when I even need to go inside. Chase does an amazing job in keeping there app updated and I can do 99% of everything I need wherever I am from the app.
