I have been a customer of David Schulte and his Upgrade Company for over 10 years now. Over 10 years ago, I had a Marantz SA-11 SACD player and a Marantz PM-11 integrated amplifier in my stereo system and was quite pleased with their music delivery. Upon reading some positive reviews of the Upgrade Company and David's work, I sent my 2 Marantz units to David for his Signature Edition upgrades. David transformed the 2 Marantz components from excellent performers to giant killers with his SE upgrades. Fast forward to a year ago. I decided to upgrade my A/V system and consolidate all my components into one system. I purchased a Denon 3313UD universal player and Denon X7200WA A/V receiver with Signature Edition upgrades from the Upgrade Company. These SE upgraded Denon units far exceeded my expectations for what components at their respective price points are capable of. Smitten, I replaced the Shunyata Anaconda power cord feeding my entire system with a TimePortal Signature power cord from the Upgrade Company. I was floored by the improvement that the TimePortal power cord brought to my system. I was hooked. So 3 months ago, I replaced my Shunyaya conditioner with a RGPC 400 Pro power cell with SE and Furutech upgrades from the Upgrade Company. Once again, this upgrade elevated my system to a whole new level of performance. I was able to demonstrate that each successive upgrade from the Upgrade Company has brought me closer to that ultimate live experience. I can say with confidence that the Upgrade Company's SE upgraded components far surpass the performance of other manufacturer's well respected stock units which cost much more. Before closing, I will share my most recent experience with David and his Upgrade Company. A week ago, the disc tray in my Denon player would not open. I called David and he asked me to send the unit to him for troubleshooting even though he was living out of a hotel in the midst of his relocation to Nevada. Upon receipt of the unit, David immediately looked at it and fixed the problem by performing a hard reset procedure. This is a testimonial to David's commitment to customer service. In closing, I will say that unless you are prepared to spend a fortune, the Upgrade Company is the most cost effective path to maximize your hard earned dollars to obtain top notch performance.

My first purchase from The Upgrade Company was a Signature Edition blu-ray player. The upgraded unit far exceeded my expectations. More than that, it changed my sense of what's possible in home audio. Bottom line: you can get really astonishingly good sound without breaking the bank!

David Schulte has been enlightening my audiophile experience , going on 2 years now. Every time I have interacted with David, he has given me great insight and advice, all of which has been improvements in my systems! He has gone beyond that of a normal service/product supplier and has, at times, delivered his products to me in person! His prices are well within line of the quality that he provides. I am certain that I would have spent much more on useless products if it were not for David. David is a quality person and I have complete trust in him! I consider him a good friend! I would not hesitate referring anyone to David!

I am a supplier for Upgrade Company, He has not paid his bill in 5 months He claims that he was a victim of credit card fraud. Do not send him money or purchase from him. here are some of his emails to me on payment Been working hard! Should be getting you paid via Chase QuickPay Thurs/Friday Thanks Bob I know it I sincerely apologize Bob. we actually had more credit card fraud. Expecting a good profit on sale late this week if so will send you extra as I'd promised it'll be well worth the wait if I send you an extra $600 Bob looks like I didn't will work on it. More fraud on cc's set back a bit awaiting bank wires from clients to come in. DO NOT SEND UPGRADE CO ANY MONEY OR PRODUCT
