“Fullest of full service at this shop. And a big inventory to boot. They also cover running sports. Lots of spare parts for sale but I struck out on the brake pads for my bike — probably too popular.”
“I occasionally tag along with my wife when she goes shopping in downtown Petoskey. We stop in and browse at PEcado during many of those trips. I have a career background in product design and I am always impressed with this store, in its lineup of clothing and accessories, the store design itself, and especially the staff. From my perspective this shop has one of the most progressive and forward looking layouts, displays, and selections in northern Michigan, a smaller scale version of a higher end shop that you could find in the major cities. Likewise the owner and staff are friendly, patient, and professional.Also, I want to give them a shout out based on my first hand experience during the recent 2023 Petoskey Ladies Night Out. Many of the stores were simply horrible to the few guys who were there with their wives/partners. PEcado was one of the select few who were very friendly, kind, and welcoming to those men of which I was one.Based on my experience that evening, I know which stores I will be going to purchase my wife’s Christmas gifts from…PEcado is on that very short list.”
“Love most of their selection, I wish the steel toe/work shoes portion was larger and had more sizes. I could only find one pair in my size. But I do love that there is a discount on them when used for work. The employees are always helpful and kind.”

“Outfitters of Harbor Springs were amazing! I called them, two minutes before they closed asking if they have swimsuits during the off season. The lady I spoke with told us they would stay open for my family and helped us find swim suits so we could enjoy the heated pool at Boyne Highlands Resort. Luckily, they had all our sizes and a 40% off sale. I'm not gonna lie... it was still expensive... cough $190 cough... for 4 bathing suits. However, Patagonia lasts forever, right? Everyone looks great, we can enjoy vacay and Outfitter's saved the day. Thanks again for the friendly, flexible and enthusiastic service. We will keep singing your praises to everyone.”
