They charged my husband and I $10 to cash a check from our bank (credit union) they have an account with them so that way we don't get charged and still got charged, how does that make sense?

Terrible service,seldom open, understaffed, no manager at present, cost $ to cash a check in our own bank leaving this. Crazy bsnk ASAP!
