Never received a phone call that the pharmacy would not fill my sons ADHD meds. I called 2 days later to see if his prescription was ready. I was informed that the pharmacy would not fill the script because they were losing money on the script. I asked for the script to be transfered to a different pharmacy and was informed that they do not do this with ADHD meds. My sons doctor is now not in the office until next week. This is horrible customer care. I will no longer be getting any prescription filled at this pharmacy for my family.

So lucky to have a quality drug store in such a small town! They text and call when scripts are ready and no need to wonder when ready! I always seem to have questions and all the staff finds time to help me!

The owner tells my disabled mother that the insurance she has is costing him money & he has to take it but don’t want too. Was surprised to hear an owner tell that to a patient. On top they tell you your script is ready, you go there and they tell you they have to order it. Disorganized.
