Dylan was exceptionally helpful in taking care of my daughters car when she got into an accident. As a dad who is 7 hrs away, I was very grateful for Dylan's help. Unfortunately, our car was beyond repair, but even then Dylan helped us find a scrap yard to take the car and held it for a few days until it could be picked up. I would HIGHLY recommend Hanke Auto Body!

I'm not one to publish reviews of businesses, but I feel compelled to write about my experience with Hanke Auto Body. I was in the area from out of town and 'bumped' into something. Needing to get the small dent repaired, I called Hanke Auto Body based on others' reviews. If I could give them 6 stars I would! They kindly arranged to get my car in on my schedule to get it fixed before I left town. The work looks amazing (makes the rest of my car look worse it's so good). In addition to getting my car in, they finished it a day sooner than expected. Meanwhile, they had a loaner car for me to drive while my car was in the shop. When I went to pick up my car, they had it outside and warmed up for me (it was a chilly morning). Can't ask for better service!Service: Body & Trim

Thank you Hanke Auto Body Inc for fixing my 2014 Ford Escape.Had a little fender bender in the front, they got me in, made sure they ordered parts before taking my car (you'd be surprised some places will take your car for weeks before they even have parts, so thank you Hanke for doing things the right way!)I even noticed one turn signal didn't work after I got back in my car at the shop, and within Fifteen minutes the crew got my car back in and out and fixed the light. This guy did not actually repair my car at all, but get this: He not only gave me an estimate (totaled) for insurance purposes for free, but even offered to loan me a car -- for free -- when he was NOT going to be doing any repair work for me! I was stunned.

They were very understanding and quick. The cost was significantly lower than the competition and my car looked great at the end! Would recommend. It can be a bit difficult to find, but it's local and worth the effort.
