Great customer service, and we’ve never had that kind of care. They don’t even know how good they are because they didn’t even know how to accept a tip. “While out traveling we had a rear tire start to come apart. I stopped at a local shop out in the middle of nowhere and John the owner wasn't able to help me but mentioned The Tire Shop in Hancock Mi. Just down the road. We pulled in and within 15-20 mins we were on our way with a new tire. A huge relief as we were along ways from home. I wanna say thank you to the owner and the young man who changed the tire. Incredible service. Also Thank you to John for pointing us in the right direction ?nice to see shop owners recommending other shops When they aren't able to help in such a situation. Again Thank you all for keeping us on the road ???”
