“Came to Top Tech after a big lightning storm, and the south location was out of power. I took my vehicle to the street to their larger branch, and they were busy but very accommodating. Got an estimate back same day for significant work that needed doing on my Charger, and the staff were informative and worked with me to get done what definitely needed to be done. Should be said that despite the power outage, they used generators to begin whatever work they could on mine and other vehicles, and didn't let it stop them.They had my car ready next day, and I believe the pricing was very reasonable for what was done. Car is running great! Better than it has in quite a while, and I'm so thankful they could take care of it. I will definitely be returning in the future for further vehicle maintenance needs ane recommending Top Tech to others.”

“So grateful for Dave (and Maria)! Friendly, honest, incredibly communicative and straightforward, fairly priced, and faster than promised. My van broke down on the highway and I called around for transmission help. Most were booked up and didn't ask what had happened. I called Dave and he gave me a transmission quote instantly, but also asked what the symptoms were and gave me more info on other scenarios. He was right, it was a much cheaper fix, and he even fixed an age-old glove box issue that other shops said they couldn't do without breaking it and ordering a whole new one. His tow company was easy to work with and he fixed the van a day faster than expected (would have been faster if I hadn't added the glove box request).I absolutely love this place and will be back for routine stuff. “I called several places to get estimates for a thermostat replacement, and labor was about 1/2 the amount anybody else was charging. I arrived to get the work done. I was met by the mechanic, who was courteous and answered all my annoying questions. I went into the lobby and talked to the sales clerk, who I thought might have been the owner. She was also very nice. Although It only took 20 minutes to complete the job, it could have been 2 hours. I wouldn't have cared because the lobby was clean with plush furniture, almost like a coffee shop. I could have spent the day there relaxing and surfing the internet on my phone, but they completed the work promptly, and I was forced to return to adulting.”

Like the sign says, Square Deal!My wife had an Escape we bought from Chris and his wife, who better to buy a vehicle than from your own mechanic that you trust? What was his wife's vehicle became my wife's and it never let us down. I drove a lot of Econoline E250 work vans over the years, used, mostly around 15 years old. Chris and I had a running joke when he would call me after diagnosing what ever problem there was..."Well Mark, its gonna be $950 bucks," he would say.Then I would laugh and he would laugh and both say, "Its always $900 bucks!"Of course, the actual price varied between $850 and $1250 on those sort of services. “They are gentlemen and very caring, I am disabled and could not drop my truck off without calling a taxi which is a 1/2 mile away from my home and the owner drove me home and after the truck was done he delivered my truck to me to my home and never charged me a dime. (Who does that these days?) They have fixed 2 of my friends cars and 2 of mine. The prices for each vehicle were lower than any place’s I have been in all of Detroit area, there not out to gouge you or take advantage, they do a honest days work on all of the vehicles I have given them and also they would call you about existing problems that would occur if not taken care of right then and there.
