“Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start, and after some friends got it going, I knew the starter needed to be replaced. I first called another shop, but they didn’t really seem to care—they just told me to “bring it in whenever and we’ll get to it when we can.”
When I called Pointe Auto Tech, Mike answered and immediately treated my situation like it mattered. He told me to bring the truck straight in and not shut it off, making sure I’d get there without getting stranded. He really cared about helping me, and it showed.
Even better, they had the starter replaced and my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to fall back on. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can’t thank him enough.
The price point was amazing too! Looking around and his prices are lower for sure! So excellent customer service and great prices!

“Even though they told me they were only going to charge me $80 to tow my vehicle and they charged me $100, and the guy said he put l new lug nuts on my tires for free even though I didn't ask for them and then they ended up charging me for that also(an extra $20 some $). And even though I know how much my part cost because I used to work for the place that supplied the part, the supplier told me how much they charge them, they charged me almost triple what they paid for the part from the supplier........My vehicle, which is 20 years old, broke down. I told him I was kind of in a hurry I needed to get my work truck fixed so I can get back to work , they came and picked it up with a tow truck, they happily fixed it quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone there was very nice and very professional.--even though they gouged me for like 200 extra dollars I still would recommend them”
“I took my vehicle there to get service on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. my vehicle will not start I had a mechanic look at it who couldn't get it started and several AAA staff as well. I had major work done on it ..Again I had a excellent experience with the communication regarding my truck , was promised my vehicle by the end of the day on Friday and obligation was met. When it rains it pours about a week later I had another totally different issue and I was actually stranded in a parking lot because the engine wouldn't turn over.I was ready to breakdown and cry and they saved me once again within minutes of calling ! “Yesterday was a terrifying experience. My car rapidly overheated with no known cause and no warning causing me to panic, pull over and try to assess. I injured myself trying to check under the hood. I made the decision to call Myers towing for help. The woman who answered was amazing! She kept me calm, walked me through the process, got my information and asked if i was ok. She was so kind and so thorough. She sent a tow truck to me in 15 minutes. The driver immediately got me into his truck and gave me aloe wipes for my burnt arm ( hot coolant hurts!) And my car was on its way to a shop in minutes. It was a full service operation and was so affordable. I can't thank this company enough. I would recommend this company to anyone. One of the worst days ever and was made so much better by this experience. Thank you so much!!”
