I stop in here a few times a month, the staff is friendly enough but tgey keep switching up, each time it's usually someone new. My Subs are usually exactly as I ordered and I tip with a smile. I suggest that you NOT order the pretzel, it was hard as a brick, $3 wasted!

Whole store needs new employees. The employee are horrible and rude. The red head lady acts slow like she don't understand english, and the manager talks to customers like they are beneath her. Yall need to train on how to have proper attitude for customer service. Other people won't be so nice.

Placed an order online, received email confirmation that it was confirmed and ready. Sent my friend to pick it up during my 30 minutes break time and when he got there. He was informed the order was never received. We wanted refund at least, they said they can’t do it. It’ll refund by itself (which restaurant can’t refund) Absolutely horrible experience, never placing any orders from them again. We work long hours and we have limited time to eat. That’s why I placed the order in advance. 0 stars if I can give them.

The one staff member who was working alone on a Sunday was overwhelmed by 3 pm. I did an online order i came to pickup the sandwhich after the app said it was ready to pickup and I see the lone server girl jib jabbing to other customers who shes serving how shes all alone and shes about to quit. I ask her politely if shed gotten to my online order and she rudley replied that she wont be getting to them. So i wait and then leave i come back 20 minutes later to try to get reimbursed but theres no refunds on online orders. So i have to dispute a transaction now for a sandwhich i never received because management cant put together a good team for the weekend, just keep it closed on Sundays at that point if you cant find responsible people to work. The whole reason i do online order is because this particular subway ive had so many rude experiences, with the ghetto staff especially that id rather not interact with them at all. Real bad Subway franchisee.

The customer service was unacceptable the lady that was working in there today was very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even a dog.
