The fitness teacher are very nice and professional, I enjoyed every moment I spend there ! The fitness exercises were always different and the price was completly affordable. If I come back to Hamtramck, I will definitevly go there again! Thank you so much for this great experience!

Warm, welcoming place for women. There are aerobic classes that can benefit all levels, something for everyone! There is nothing like this in Hamtramck.

It's a lovely small community based women's only fitness center. I really love the exercise classes. They usually have one in the morning and one in the afternoon. They also have about 10 machines. It's a great safe place to work-out in community. The staff are awesome and super helpful. They also offer ESL classes for immigrants. Memberships are $30/month for unlimited use. ESL classes are an additional $20/month.
