The fitness teacher are very nice and professional, I enjoyed every moment I spend there ! The fitness exercises were always different and the price was completly affordable. If I come back to Hamtramck, I will definitevly go there again! Thank you so much for this great experience!

Warm, welcoming place for women. There are aerobic classes that can benefit all levels, something for everyone! There is nothing like this in Hamtramck.
Sisterhood Fitness' mission is to empower women to strengthen body, mind and heart. We do this through creating an atmosphere that values community, trust, diversity, education and participation. We offer exercise classes, fitness equipment, accountability, educational courses, outings, and a place to build cross-cultural friendships. Financial donors help subsidize our costs so that members only pay $20 for 12 classes.
