Please believe the honest reviews and not the fake ones that are 5 stars bc that’s a COMPLETE LIE! Every single time I have tried to give this place a chance bc its closest to me, the service was completely irritating and unprofessional. The last time I went the associate was basically moving me out the way and taking clothes from me to put them back , like what?? Now I don’t even want to shop here! Never ending weird vibe like they get robbed a lot or something.

Never again !!!!! The manger is not professional and yelling to her employees and talking bad that’s why every time I come in be a new person every week i literally turn around left and she had blond hair needs to be removed !!!!! This isn’t the right place for her.

Terrible customer service lady with the blonde dried up wig is just plain rude acting like we was bothering her by shopping for the sizes we needed, they only have xs and s sizes in ladies clothes. Dnt waste your time go to another snipes.

This is by far the worst snipes to shop at, very unprofessional and ghetto. I came in this store to get my children some more school shoes….no one came to see if I needed anything 5 employees at the register talkin about durk and India. Cursing loud as hell….only person that spoke to me was the security guard and he ain’t selling no damn shoes…..left the store without shoes cause nobody cared enough to sell me any. I don’t recommend anybody to shop at this snipes in Hamtramck terrible service all the way around

This is the worse store in America. I came in contact with Nigel and he was disrespectful, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. He acted like he hated older handicap people. He sold me the wrong size shoe, not the one I tried on and told me I didn't need the box with the shoe size on it. I will not recommend this store to anyone.9638 Joseph Campau st, this store has terrible customer service.PS. Nigel don't ever need to work with the public.Very disappointed
