The faulty phone was in desperate need of an upgrade. The ladies demonstrated great patience and professionalism as they assisted me in finding the right phone with the right protective products to help prevent future accidents. They also went the extra mile in making sure that I was squared away with the (First Net) system as I am a First Responder x 29 yrs (Detroit Fire Dept).
