I gave my niece my Google Pixel 5 phone to replace the battery. They kept the phone for more than a week, every day they say that it will be ready tomorrow. They charged her $65. The battery on the phone, in my opinion, was not replaced. 2 days after their repair, the battery they replaced completely died and the phone no longer charges. Disgusting.

I called them before I made a trip to there store I was told yes we can fix your phone just to get there to be told we don’t fix them phones yet omg that’s why I called first so this wouldn’t happen get it together ppl stop wasting people time
