The most important bank service I've ever seen in my life. I don't know how to describe it. I think you know.

Huntington Bank is a good bank in general. However, the location in Hamtramck is the worse. You can wait in line for unnecessary amount of time and this never changes; always the same situation. The service is horrible and the people who work here are not professional at all. Many people also know this and this has gotten only worse. Other Huntington bank locations are not like this though. The workers in other locations know what they are doing, but in the Hamtramck location I advise you to avoid it. Save time and stress for yourself.

Zero stars for this branch the worst service and they NEVER pickup. If they miraculously do they leave you on hold for an hour and won’t help. I call day after day and it’s ALWAYS the same. I called 25 times and no one ever picks up and I leave voicemails that I’m sure no one bothers to check.

I went there before About a month ago,to open a banking account. it was before the end of the working hours. The employee said, "We are sorry, the last customer inside, because we can't let anyone in." I tried with her and then I accepted. While I was waiting for someone, she came and asked me whether you are a citizen or not. I expect if I told her that Im a citizen, then she would have let me in.I get annoyed every time I think about it

more of a zero star, worst branch you can doing banking at. Tellers are doing their job, but management needs to do a better job to execute business and ensure customer satisfaction. Site is very small, wait time is long, they need to move back to the older bigger site which is across the street. Also they never answer the phone when you call, they want to leave a message, what a joke. They are trying to save money at the expense of customer satisfaction. Time to take my banking business else where where customers are appreciated.I bank at other Huntington bank locations and service is better. Seems like they do not care much about this site!!!!!!!!!

Few years ago this used to be a good bank. very busy but they were doing their job but now in the new building it’s the worst bank or branch you can ever be in. You have to empty your pockets every time you walk in like late 90s early 2000s security. Waste of time and disrespectful and they still have the unreasonable annoying Covid restrictions and sings even though they have been lifted everywhere else.

The staff here is always nice, but so understaffed. This is a very active branch with many customers in the community and the line is always out the door. It got worse when they changed buildings. I don’t understand why because I have never seen this at other branches.Update: closed for the holiday weekend and both atms are out of service. Again. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve tried to use an atm that wasn’t working. Once it even kept my card. The main conclusion I can draw from this is that upper management does not care about our community, which is sad since their headquarters are supposedly in Detroit.Update: went to a THIRD atm location (on Woodward in new center) and it was also not processing withdrawals. How can a massive bank that can build a new headquarters for themselves and pay for naming rights to a convention center be so poor at managing operations in their own backyard?I guess it’s time to close all our accounts. Too bad, never had these problems before all the mergers.

Upper management needs to stop shrugging off our complaints. The tellers here are amazing! It's not their fault the building is so small! Not drive thru! One atm! Long lines! 2-3 tellers for a long line forming all the way down the sidewalk! Huntington needs to move to either one of the HUGE empty buildings next door.

They really closed the big bank across the street and moved to a location where a payless shoe store used to be ?! They want to save money at the expense of the customer's comfort and convenience. The Hamtramck location has many customers, and we deserve an actual bank, not a plaza store. They will lose a lot of customers if they keep this up
