I respect people trying to make a living but I highly recommend that people start doing some studying into todays modern appliances, my oven wasn’t working properly because of the igniter that I had and for some strange reason It wouldn’t heat the oven properly so I came here to buy an igniter and installed it myself, the oven started to emit VERY high heat which was DANGEROUS. So I uninstalled it and called in a professional handyman who works on stoves and fridges, long story short he told me that the igniter that I had bought and installed would have damaged my oven. And that this was a dangerous thing to do. I don’t have a simple normal oven I have a Samsung oven. The oven that I have is modern and complex because the computer has to recognize the correct igniter it will not respond properly to the cheap plastic one that I bought from here, the handyman went really far out to go get the correct igniter needed for my oven and installed it for me and it worked properly. If you don’t have modern day appliances then come here for cheap parts that will help you get by, but by all means be carful when shopping especially for your oven, make sure to hire a handy man to look at your appliances before coming here to by some parts because a cheap parts could damage your appliances which can cause you serious problems and money issues

The young gentleman who helped me on the phone and in store was great. Helped me get the right capacitor to swap out a universal one someone had previously installed in my condenser. Bonus that they’re open on weekends, very knowledgeable. I will be referring them to anyone I know needing parts moving forward.

Incredibly difficult to deal with over the phone. It's very very hard to get someone who you can actually speak with regarding parts. You're on hold forever and you might not ever get anyone on the phone. Their voice recording says you can text questions to a # but when you text them no one responds. Very frustrating. Their website is extremely outdated and difficult to use as well. If I lived close enough to them I would definitely go there in person. Otherwise they're just very difficult to work with.

Great customer service. Called and told them what was wrong with our boiler. They told me what was wrong with the boiler over the phone. They advised me not to buy a more expensive part which was a control board($250). But told me the Transformer ($40)may be bad and try that first. Even thought Hamtramck HVAC could have made more money selling me the control board. They choose to shoot me the less expensive route.. and it fixed our boiler.. Very...Very Cool beans.. Hamtramck HVAC now has a loyal customer. Thank you

I needed a blower motor, squirrel cage, and housing for my furnace. Brought in what I was replacing and the service guy found a replacement all ready to go. All I had to do was wire it back together and I had heat. Good job

Needing a power vent for the top of my water heater everybody else was trying to sell me a whole water heater$$$$$. after three days of searching on the computer driving around from place to place ,and calling everyone elseOne phone call to these guys they knew exactly what I needed and had the part in one day at half the price I highly recommend Hamtramck HVAC
