I love the variety of classes (Barre, cardio and strength training) and love the fact that there is such diversity in the workouts. The studios are very welcoming...it is a great place to start my mornings at every day!”

“Where should I start! My experience at All Levels CrossFit has been exceptional. I heard of CrossFit before but I didn’t think I could do it! The thing about CrossFit is that it is scalable and the coaches at All Levels will always find exercises that are suitable for your level but at the same time will push you to progress.My reason for why I wanted to experience CrossFit was because I wanted to try it before I moved to Arizona to see if I liked it. Well I LOVED it! Having ADHD it has impacted various aspect of my life.I wanted to find something that improved my mental health and wow did CrossFit deliver! After every session I have far more energy, mental clarity and I’m quite productive! If you have ADHD you know this can a challenge for us! Let’s just say that after my first session I was on an incredible high. CrossFit has changed my life and my biggest regret is not trying it sooner!Being a member at All Levels this last month has been an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in everyone from the staff to members were all so welcoming and supportive. I am so grateful to have been part of such an amazing community of people. The coaches were always so patient with me trying to learn all the steps with each movement to obtain proper form. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I hope to find a box in Arizona just as amazing as All Levels!This investment has been one of the best things I could have done for my mental health.As a Recreation Therapist we don’t always practice what we preach. I can now confidently say I have found that leisure activity that has improved my quality of life.Thank you All Levels for being apart of this journey and I look forward to seeing you all again in April!”

Shannon was an excellent instructor, who kept a great pace with the class while focusing individually with each student on their needs and technique.I felt truly comfortable with the staff and students, I mean it's real hard not to feel silly day 1 hang upside from a trapeze at 47 ?, but the silly goes away quick as you learn some amazing techniques.”

“The best gym in Michigan, along with the other body shop in grand rapids. it has a pullover machine, overhead triceps machine, a laying chest fly, vertical leg press, and like 5 different machine rows. built like a basement, wood paneled posing room, loads of bodybuilding history. membership is 200 a year, with a 10$ day pass. it doesn't get any better than this and I've been to most real gyms in Michigan.”

“Making a decision can be hard at times especially if you are not used to change. Though I believe that there is nothing permanent except change. So I have decided to finally give it a go. And I was glad that I did. Thank you Mike and everyone at Refine Fitness Studio because you made it all happen. The inspiration and motivation from everyone became my driving force. “The gym , showers, Saunaare always CLEAN. The owner Don is a great guys and will assist you in learning how to use the machines correctly. He did me. They take silver sneakers. They have machines and free weights. They teach boxing, for beginners all the way up. I am just a customer with no affiliations with the gym. I honestly like the gym, and the people. I don't feel intimidating at all.”

Huge space for classes, open gym, yoga, strong man classes, and multiple platforms for olympic weight lifting classes. The amount of equipment and all the various machines is incredible. I love how the stretching area specifically is spacious!! The locker rooms are always clean as well. When I first started coming here 3+ years ago I did a 3 month personal training session & it was very well organized & helped me learn how to lift properly. Chris is the best!! “I finally found a gym I love ,first of all there are more than enough equipment, which means no more waiting, hours are great ,the best thing I like about it,was it's not your typical celebrity gym.if you don't know what I mean is that it doesn't have narcissistic people and tripods all over the place for someone who wants their 15 minutes of fame, which means everyone here is friendly, respectful,and focused on their training.old school style gym ,not those typical gyms that end with fitness . “If you are a weight lifter looking to mix things up, I’d check out the classes here.My wife has been going to classes and personal training here for years. I recently started going with her to some classes and loved it.I’m a very “old school” lifter. I workout with heavy weights training 2-3 muscle a session and one of my favorite movies is pumping iron. I also enjoy running but never tried a circuit class.The circuit is really fun. I’d recommend not being afraid to modify things or not do every exercise. You can still get a solid lifting routine in if you tweak things, but the real benefits is it’s like smashing lifting and cardio together, so you get a great calorie burn compared to normal lifting. They also don’t yell or push you in odd ways which I appreciated (Thanks Valerie!). I expected the trainer to yell to go faster, harder, etc but no they just encourage you.If you are more an old school lifter like me. I’d recommend supplementing your schedule with 1-2 circuit classes a week. I burn about 600-700 calories per class and get a very good workout. Just give yourself 3ish classes to adjust, I’ve been lifting over 20 years and I was shocked at the amount of variety/moves I’ve never done.They have a 3 class for $15 special for new members. I’d encourage the owner to keep that special, since I think you need a few classes to get the hang of things.Also the place is super duper clean! Really like Retrofit and I think its great supplement for those into weight lifting.”
