I’ve been going to them for over 4-5 years now and there service never improves. Always over promise and never deliver. Everytime you have to call them to make sure if the pick up/ delivery is ready or not. They will give you a date but still won’t deliver on time.
Im leaving the country for 2 months tonight, I called them a week ago to make sure my medication is ready. They said it will be delivered by today but again I had to call them now and found out it’s not ready and it won’t be ready until tomorrow.
They will not even apologize for their mistakes, rather give you excuses after excuses and won’t let you talk. The guy i was talking to, when i told him ive been a customer for over 4-5 years now and this happens all the time and it needs to be sorted out. He asked me for my DATE OF BIRTH to confirm if i have been a customer or not. I WAS LIKE OMG, is this guy fr??! And then ended up hanging up on me.
I will make sure none of my family and friends go there ever again.
*Replying to their reply: you guys terrible for real, still making excuses. You are the one who said to deliver on time even though there were insurance issue, now instead of apologizing you blaming the customer. Stop being jerks.

This pharmacy all they care about is money. They dropped the medicines in a wrong box and stayed there for a almost a week when I got the medicine tried to exchange it they wouldn't get me nothing saying the medicine is still fine like for the past few days we have over 80 degrees outside. .
Their dealings are materialistic, all their interest is in the money coming from the government, and every time they register medicines in my name even though I did not receive them, just so they can steal from the government.

Was able to get my daughter medication without waiting for a long time. Also my daughter insurance didn’t cover the ( nebulizer) she needed so they gave it to me at a discount & took an extra ($5) off. They deliver as well if u can’t make it to the pharmacy. Would recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

If you are not Arab, you will be treated horribly! If you have delivery, your meds will not get delivered! They always gave me a hard time because they claim that their drivers are scared of black people and don’t want to come to my neighborhood! My meds came up missing and they gave me the runaround, then lied and said they never got them! When I know for a fact that my doctor sent the prescription! They never call, you have to call them! Then when I inquired about it, they was rude and racist! I will never use them again! All I have to say to y’all is Fear Allah!!!!
