All I could do was laugh because they had my phone and I did not see the text until I got the Phone back. I left a number they could reach me at But I told him what time I would be back to pick it up. All good. I will use them again..”

“I went to the UbreakIFix store in Roseville to get my broken screen replaced under my insurance plan. They had a hard time replacing the screen due to some technical difficulties. However, the manager, Keaton, went far and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I left there as a satisfied customer. He walked me through phone calls with Asurion and the system in getting a brand new replacement phone for my iPhone 13 with no deductible! Keaton treated me with the skill and talent of someone who knows how to treat a customer. It was like he really appreciated my business! Great customer service seems to be a lost nowadays , but Keaton has proven that if you really care about the customers, great customer service comes easy!”

He knew exactly what was wrong, what needed to be done and he had all the parts. He tested everything to make sure that it all worked. He even showed me how to reprogram my remote should I have to replace one in the future. I have to say that I am very satisfied and that I highly recommend him.”
